  1. Do you have a return and exchange policy?
    Yes, we’re happy to offer a return and exchange policy for our products. If you’d like to request a refund or exchange, you’re welcome to do so within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item remains unopened, unworn, and untouched. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We take pride in our high-quality hair extensions, and we rarely see returns as a result.

  2. When can I return my hair extensions?
    You can return your hair extensions as long as they’re still in their original, unopened packaging. Each set has a security seal to confirm that it hasn’t been removed from the packaging, which helps us maintain the quality of our products. For a quick colour check, you can simply hold the unopened extensions up to your hair to see if it’s a good match.

  3. Can I exchange my order if the colour isn’t right?
    We understand that choosing the right colour can be tricky with screens! If the shade isn’t quite right, you can exchange your extensions for a different colour, as long as the packaging is still sealed and untampered. Our security seal helps ensure that products returned for exchange haven’t been opened. For extra help with colour matching, feel free to send us a natural-light photo of your hair, and we’ll be glad to suggest the best shade for you.

  4. Is period underwear eligible for a return or exchange?
    Due to hygiene reasons, period underwear is not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding of this policy to ensure safety and hygiene for all our customers.

  5. Why don’t you accept returns of opened extensions?
    Since hair extensions are hygienic-sensitive product, we have to be very careful about maintaining their integrity for the safety and health of all our customers. Because of this, we can only accept returns on extensions that have not been opened or removed from their ties.

  6. How can I start a return?
    To initiate a return, just send us an email at info@glamalot.co.za within 7 days of receiving your item, and be sure to include your order number and name. We’ll provide the return address and any further instructions. Please note that we aren’t able to process returns for any opened items, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  7. Do I need to cover the cost of return shipping?
    Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest using a tracked service to make sure your return reaches us safely.

  8. When can I expect to receive my refund?
    Once we’ve confirmed that the returned item is unopened and in its original condition, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method as quickly as possible.

  9. How much time do I have to return or exchange my extensions?
    For refunds: Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item, and make sure it reaches us within 30 days of the delivery date.
    For exchanges: Just contact us within 14 days to start the process.

  10. Can I return an item without contacting you first?
    To make sure everything goes smoothly, we do ask that you contact us first before returning any items. This way, we can give you the correct return address and track the status of your return.
