1. Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to ship your order within 3–5 business days, but actual delivery times depend on your location and the third-party courier service.
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to logistic courier issues, delays or delivery location-specific factors.
2. Free Delivery
- Free delivery applies exclusively to major cities within South Africa.
- For customers in outlying areas, delivery times may be affected, and additional delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. These fees must be paid by the customer prior to the dispatch of their order.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for any returned or exchanged items, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. South Africa-Only Shipping
- At this time, we only ship within South Africa. Orders placed for international delivery will be processed on a case-by-case basis, through consultation with our fulfilment department.
