Our product range includes 100% human hair extensions, synthetic hair, and period underwear. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, please note that minor variations in colour and style may occur due to screen display differences. We are committed to providing high-quality items, but please be aware that:

  • We do not offer warranties or guarantees on hair extensions (human or synthetic) or period underwear.
  • All products are final upon sale and are covered only by our Return and Exchange Policy outlined below.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items under specific conditions. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for full details. Here’s a summary:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and security seals intact.
  • Proof of Delivery Condition: To assist with any claims of damage during transit, customers are required to take clear pictures of the product, packaging, and original shipping box upon receipt of the delivery. These images will serve as evidence in case of disputes or damage claims.
  • Period Underwear: Due to hygiene reasons, period underwear is non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for hair extensions in cases where a different colour is needed, provided the product is unopened and unused.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, worn, or tampered with, as these are hygiene sensitive products.

3. Order Fulfillment

We make every effort to fulfill your order accurately and promptly. However, please be aware that order processing times may vary due to high demand or stock availability.

  • Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, cancellations may not be possible if the item has already been shipped.
  • Shipping and Delivery: We aim to ship your order within 3–5 business days, but please note that actual delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service.

    • Free Delivery: Free delivery applies only to major cities. Customers in outlining areas are responsible for delivery fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

    • International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties associated with their orders.

    • Delivery Timeframes: While we strive to meet the 3–5 business day shipping window, delays can occur based on courier service and location-specific factors.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and instant EFT via approved banks. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders due to payment issues or pricing errors.

All products are sold "as is." Glamalot Pty Ltd does not provide warranties or guarantees for hair extensions (human or synthetic) or period underwear. This includes but is not limited to, warranties of quality, durability, or compatibility with specific uses. By purchasing from our store, you agree to accept the products without any implied warranty or guarantee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glamalot Pty Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
